Our Line Up
Viva Agave is a complete family of agave spirits designed to meet every moment of the pour. Each expression starts with 100% Blue Weber agave, cooked slow to unlock a naturally full, mature character.
Silver delivers brightness and lift for crisp, refreshing cocktails. Reposado adds subtle oak and depth without losing its agave core. Añejo brings a richer, more layered profile for those looking for something with a little more weight.
No additives. No shortcuts. Just well-made agave spirits built to work as good in your glass as they do on the back bar.
Silver (Blanco)
Unaged and unfiltered, built for the cocktail.
Blanco is where agave speaks most clearly. Unaged and unfiltered, it captures the plant at its most honest — bright, vibrant, and full of life. This is the purest expression of Blue Weber agave, where everything comes down to the quality of the plant and the craft behind the distillation. Whether you're mixing a round of margaritas, building a quick ranch water, or just pouring something clean and citrus-forward, Silver delivers.
Palate: Clean and vibrant with agave, lime, grapefruit, natural sweetness, soft pepper
Finish: Crisp, citrus-driven, lightly spiced, clean and dry
Best Served In: Margaritas, palomas, ranch water, tequila + soda
Reposado
Rested in oak. Balanced and versatile.
Reposado introduces time into the equation. Well rested in oak, it builds on the bright foundation of the blanco — adding depth, warmth, and a smooth roundness without losing the agave character that defines this spirit. The result is a balanced expression that sits between fresh and aged — approachable, versatile, and equally at home in a cocktail or poured neat.
Palate: Balanced agave with notes of caramel, vanilla, light oak, and gentle baking spice
Finish: Smooth, lightly spiced, with a warm, clean finish and soft oak linger
Best Served In: Margaritas, palomas, tequila old fashioned, neat or on the rocks
Añejo
Aged in oak. Rich, layered, and refined.
Añejo is where time takes the lead. Aged in oak, it develops deeper character while maintaining the core identity of the agave. Fully mature piñas, slow-cooked in traditional stone ovens, provide a naturally rich foundation, while extended time in barrel brings layered notes of caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, and warm spice. The result is a refined, full-bodied expression that leans into depth without losing balance. Built for slower moments, it rewards a more deliberate pour.
Palate: Rich and layered with agave, toffee, vanilla, oak, and warm spice
Finish: Long, warm, and smooth with lingering caramel and oak
Best Served In: Añejo old fashioned, neat, or over a large cube
