About

It started with a simple realization:

A lot of what you pay for in “tequila” isn’t what’s in your glass. There’s real cost wrapped up in the designation, certification, compliance, and overhead. so we asked a different question: what if we put that money where it actually matters?

Viva Agave was born from the idea that you can make a clean, agave spirit from 100% Blue Weber agave, harvested and distilled in Jalisco, keep it additive-free, and skip the extra designation costs – then pass those savings back to the person buying the bottle.

Less budget on buzzwords, more in the liquid. The people who care about quality will taste it immediately, and everyone else will just know their drink got better.

So We Built It the Hard Way

We took that idea and made a decision: if we were going to do this, the liquid had to earn it. So we built Viva Agave from the ground up to be clean, agave-forward, and made to perform in cocktails – because that’s how people actually drink. No gimmicks, no shortcuts, no “look at me” hype. Just a spirit that tastes right, pours easy, and shows up whether you’re mixing margaritas or keeping it simple over ice.

Then we kept the rest honest. We focused the spend where it matters – on the inputs, the process, and consistency – so the bottle delivers every time without pretending it needs a pedestal. The goal was simple: make something you’d proudly bring to a party, confidently pour for friends, and happily replace when it’s gone.

pour. DRINK. REPEAT

Today, Viva Agave is the bottle we set out to make: clean, agave-forward, made without additives, and built to perform where it counts – in real cocktails, with real people. It’s quality you notice immediately, priced like it belongs in your regular rotation, not collecting dust on the shelf.

And the mission hasn’t changed: keep the spend in the liquid, keep the experience effortless, and keep the vibes bigger than the label. Pour it, mix it, pass it around, and don’t overthink it – because if we did our job right, the best thing anyone says about Viva Agave is simply: “Grab that one again.”
